Garden Progress

It changes every day, Brain. I never get tired of walking outside in the mornings and discovering new things sprouting (the accidental sweet potato), flowering, fruiting, crawling around and living in the garden. We had our first solitary bee move in to the bee house about a week ago (I was so happy about that I suspect I looked a bit like Zoey when she wags her whole SELF with joy). Here are some pics.

Baby corn. We have about 6-8 ears coming along.

I've been getting lots of fresh greens for salads and smoothies.

The squash puts out mounds of flowers but so far no squashes.
(squashlets it gets, but they don't survive to turn into squash)

The big, Hopi Sunflower grown from seeds bought from Native Seed
